ASK AARON - May 2005 Answer

With much gratitude and appreciation, I would like to say thank you. Your professional workshop, as well as your book, How to Become a Successful Commercial Model, provided invaluable information that made Nadia's success possible.”

From Amy, LA

If I am putting together a portfolio, do I stand a better chance of success going with a photographer that has had work published or an unknown who has does good photography?

Dear Amy:

It does not matter if the photographer has had worked published. What you are looking for is a photographer who can technically shoot strong photos, has interesting ideas for the best photos for you, and just as important, one who makes you feel comfortable.

You will want to read my book, How to Become a Successful Commercial Model, so you know exactly how to create strong commercial shots and show these ideas to the photographer before your photo session.
