While I am very interested in modeling, I am a bit more interested in music. I want to do more songwriting and singing. I am hoping that modeling will help me get noticed. How do I find music agents in the DC or Virginia area.

Dear Kristi:

I agree. Modeling could open some doors for you in the music business. The agents I know represent actors and models. I know there are some music talent agents in DC and VA. You can probably do a Google search and find some. Maybe even call the music union office (http://www.musiciansunion.org), and ask them for a list of agents representing singers and songwriters n the DC/VA area.
